Refund policy

At ADITYA CREATION, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
The item is returned with the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
Items without original tags or packaging.
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless received damaged or incorrect).

3. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Your Order Number
Photos of the product
Photos of the package (if applicable)

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect, subject to product availability.

If the requested size is available, we will exchange it. Otherwise, a refund or store credit may be offered.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), return shipping charges will be borne by ADITYA CREATION.
If the return is requested for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
